2. Going over the Project Details
We review the specifics of your project, explore potential options, and provide an estimated project timeline.
3. Detailed Quote
You receive a comprehensive quote within 48 hours, outlining the costs associated with each component of the proposed project.
4. Review the Quote
Review the items in the quote and select which you would like to move forward with. The quote represents the best price offered and is not subject to further discounts.
5. Signing the Contract
The contract clearly outlines the scope of services, any previously discussed clauses, the payment schedule, and project guarantees. It also includes essential company information, such as commercial insurance details, HST number, address, and contact information.
6. Renovation Services
The services proceed according to the schedule outlined in the contract.We are flexible to make adjustments as the project moves forward.
