Our seasonal maintenance program is designed to protect your home, improve efficiency, and prevent costly repairs. Each visit is allocated two hours, during which our team completes the following key tasks:
Spring Visit
2 hours per visit

Exterior & Structure
Roof inspection (visual check for missing shingles, flashing issues, or damage). Inspect siding, foundation, exterior caulking, and weather seals around windows and doors.

Water & Moisture Control
Inspect plumbing lines and fixtures for leaks Inspect ceilings, walls, and basement/attic for signs of water damage Test and inspect outdoor faucets and hose bibs for winter damage
3.
HVAC & Ventilation
Replace/clean furnace filter(s) Check thermostat operation Confirm vents and air returns are clear
4.
Safety & Electrical
Test smoke and CO detectors; replace batteries if needed Visual inspection of electrical panel for obvious issues Replace burned-out bulbs in accessible areas
5.
Safety & General Operation
Test operation of doors and windows (locks, seals, ease of opening). Inspect and clean dryer vent
Fall Visit
2 hours per visit

Roof inspection prior to winter (look for damage, flashing, gutters, downspouts) Inspect siding, foundation, exterior caulking, and weather seals
2.
Water & Moisture Control
Inspect plumbing lines and fixtures for leaks. Inspect ceilings, walls, and basement/attic for water intrusion. Check grading/drainage around the house for proper runoff.

HVAC & Ventilation
Replace/clean furnace filter(s).Check thermostat operation and heating system performance Inspect vents, duct openings, and confirm they are clear Clean outdoor AC unit (remove debris, cover for winter)
4.
Safety & Electrical
Test smoke and CO detectors; replace batteries if needed Visual inspection of electrical panel for obvious issues Replace burned-out bulbs in accessible areas
5.
Safety & General Operation
Test operation of doors and windows (locks, seals, ease of opening). Inspect and clean dryer vent
