The contract clearly outlines the scope of services, any previously discussed clauses, the payment schedule, and project guarantees. It also includes essential company information, such as commercial insurance details, HST number, address, and contact information.

6. Renovation & Project Management

Once construction begins, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who oversees every aspect of the renovation.
