6. Renovation & Project Management

Once construction begins, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who oversees every aspect of the renovation. We provide weekly progress updates, maintain an organized schedule, and ensure quality control at every stage. Any adjustments or additions are handled through clear, documented weekly change orders, keeping the process transparent and stress-free as the project moves forward.
